We have determined from the results of tests that several parts included in the "i-Accel" product, which Power Enterprise introduced to the market in October, 2009 are without doubt copied from the design of our product "3-DRIVE".
With respect to this, PIVOT has lodged a complaint with Power Enterprise Co. Ltd, but until this day we have not yet received a suitable good-faith response. Because of this, we have decided that our only recourse is to take legal action.

The design and shape of the concerned "i-Accel" parts were copied from our "3-DRIVE" product and hence they have a similar appearance; but PIVOT is in no way connected with the "i-Accel" product.
