Pivot Corporation Policy regarding the Copying of PIVOT® Merchandise.

The industrial property rights, whether applied for or already acquired, for each and every piece of our merchandise belong in full to Pivot Corporation. Any unauthorized use of trademarks and / or unauthorized duplication of merchandise, in part or in full, shall be deemed as an infringement upon these industrial property rights and fall under accepted Unfair Competition Prevention Laws. Any infringement, without exception, shall be prosecuted to the full extent of applicable laws.

Any attempt to produce duplicate products, copy product concept, or copy advertising for the purpose of creating misleading or false association with Pivot Corporation shall be deemed as an obstruction to and an infringement on our ability to practice business and shall be dealt with by prosecution to the fullest extent of applicable laws.

The distribution and sale of, including the resale of, copies of PIVOT® merchandise shall also be deemed by Pivot Corporation, to be punishable to the fullest extent of applicable laws.

PIVOT® is a registered trademark of Pivot Corporation.

All relevant and applicable acts of dishonesty and wrongdoing as outlined above, whether done in the domestic or international market, shall be deemed by Pivot Corporation to be prosecutable to the full extent of applicable laws.
