These are the differences between mileage and gas costs of usual driving (uneconomical driving) and those of economical driving.


  Eco-Driving: a 10km comparison test


Purpose
A test was carried out to measure and compare fuel consumption under eco-driving and non eco-
driving.

Testing Method
The results come from the comparison of Usual Driving with Eco Driving on a 9.7km course, with each
lap being 1.6km and three stopping points.
Testing Date June to July 2005
Outside Temperature=30°C
Method of Measurement=Injector Data Sampling
Gasoline Price=134yen

Usual Driving = Average score of driving was under 50 points.
Eco Driving = Average score of driving was over 95 points.
